Harry began his professional career as an Engineer after graduating from Melbourne University in 1970 and subsequently worked his way through various management roles in Australia and Overseas before becoming involved in Executive Recruitment.

Harrys' International Engineering and Project Management career included team and individual recruitment across a broad range of disciplines, areas and environments.
Soon after his return to Australia, Harry established Atlantic Partners to provide a personalised and tailored Recruitment service to Australian companies utilising his industry and International experience. His targeted approach has resulted in the successful completion of many assignments and especially searching for those "hidden/hard-to-find" people.
