This, together with our unique, performance based fee structure, gives all our clients economic and service benefits which are not available from most other recruitment organisations - thus saving them significant work time and money.

In particular, unlike most other recruitment organisations, because our approach is work/performance driven, our fee is not based on a percentage of the salary package - an approach which has absolutely no relevance to the work required - but simply on an agreed-to FIXED FLAT FEE, payable only if a suitable applicant is found. This approach also eliminates any unexpected additional charges or possible misconceptions regarding a consultant?s impartiality which usually arises out of the "traditional" percentage-based approach.

Further, through use of our "Data Bank/Network" and "Search" work, advertising costs are kept to a minimum. Finally, as an indication of the confidence we have in the standard and quality of our services, we give a minimum of a SIX MONTH guarantee (unlike most other consultancies which usually give only a 2-3 month guarantee) on any permanent staff appointments.
